Food Safety & Quality Manager

Lead the food safety and quality programs across our USDA and SQF certified facilities, from receiving to shipping.

Requirements

At least 3 years of food safety or quality experience in food manufacturing
Working knowledge of HACCP, SQF and USDA FSIS requirements
HACCP certified, or able to become certified
Experience leading audits, inspections and corrective actions
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

R&D Food Scientist

Develop and match recipes for customer programs and our own brands, from the first sample through production scale-up.

Requirements

At least 3 years of product development experience in food manufacturing
Degree in food science or a related field
Experience scaling recipes from the test kitchen to production
Knowledge of formulation, shelf life and food labeling
Experience with fully cooked proteins, sauces or Latin cuisine is a plus
